Introduction

  • Where to login to the website, if you’re having trouble logging in, and experiencing trouble logging in

Contacts:

  • Contacts: two types of Contacts: individuals (person) and organizations (employer)
    • Custom fields under contacts
    • Additional data stored for contacts organized by “tabs”
      • Editing a Contact
      • Tags and Groups associated to contacts and how to use them
      • Events: status of contact under events registered, and roles
      • Mailing: emails contact has received through Civi

      • Change log: edits and change activity history with a contact
      • Activity: shows all activities (mail and events) of a contact
    • Organization as a contact similar to individual contact
